I was in Oshawa last Friday had some time before my meeting, thought Id go for a coffee. I had a choice between Coffee Time and and your store on King St. I thought I'd try something different, it was one of the better cups of coffee I had had in a long time, better even T/H's. The service was also good.
So today I was in Brampton saw one of your locations at Queen St. and decided to venture in. I ordered the same things as I did in Oshawa last week. I ordered a medium coffee, an everything beagle with egg and cheese, and the receipt.
Looking at the receipt the owner had charged me too much for the beagle but I did not worry about that, then she gave me an English muffin which costs even less. I told her that is was an everything beagle that I ordered. She started to argue saying that we only charged you for an English muffin, until I showed her the receipt where she had already overcharged me. She came back then with a beagle, a slice of cheese and said here's the beagle transfer the egg and the other of the now melted cheese to the beagle
I said you're kidding me. I started to do this, made a mess of the cheese which was already melted to the muffin and the egg. She took both plates from me went back to the counter made me what I wanted finally!, but I think it was still the same egg.
The coffee itself was bitter nothing like I had a week ago. So all in all no apologies were offered, no offer of refunding the difference from over charging, as you can guess I will not be going back again to the Brampton location. Frachise owners controll training and looks for the placebut owners they will try to cut every corner, over charging customers, putting too little cream in the coffee saves $, transferring egg and cheese from the muffin saves $, they don't look at the big picture customer service repeat custom makes $$$.
I was most disappointed with the service and the general attitude of the staff. Will not recommend this place to anyone but may twitter all my friends about my experience.

although i enjoyed this restaurant, my purse was stolen there within 30 mins of me leaving! please return it, no questions asked. thx

I have nothing negative to say about this Coffee Culture. The service is excellent (prompt and courteous), the food is great (fresh) and the coffee (let me blaspheme) surpasses Tim Hortons!

The staff was lovely, the banana cake divine, the coffee was average.
They need a better dishwasher, a fork and a plate was not properly cleaned.
The cafe itself was very clean. I most likely will go there again.

Best coffee shop in Brampton, by far.

I think it has all the right ingredients friendly staff, great food, ambiance, good seating, spacious.

I go there 2-3 times/month, gr8 place to take the kids, good value, large portions, and good taste - try the BLT

I was at coffee culture in brampton for santa claus parade and the place was very busy yet the food and service were great. I highly recommend this restaurant...
