City South Pizza

Great tasting pizza... terrible customer service. It took 8 attempts to get through to place an order. Once the order was placed, I was told it will take an hour to deliver. An hour is a long time, but I was willing to wait. It took City South Pizza 1hr 30 mins to deliver my pizza. I had to call them numerous times asking how long. they had no idea, the person on the phone kept telling me the driver was on his way.
When the pizza finally arrive a questioned the drive, why it took him so long to deliver the pizza. His answer was I just received this order 5min's ago.
I will not order from city South Pizza again. If you are busy.. it's time to hire more staff, otherwise you will lose more cusstomer like myself.

First time i went to this store 17-09-2010, must say that if you are looking for a spicy pizza with fresh toppings, this is the place to be. There Chicken, Mushroom, Pineapple and Onion topping on a Large Punjabi style pizza was my choice! Mhmmm Mhmmm LOVED IT )

CITY SOUTH IS THE BEST PIZZA STORE IN BRAMPTON ... THEY ALWAYS KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE WITH RESPECT ... And the thing about them not delivering to the apartments is because according to the City of Brampton ... no cars are aloud to park in front of the Entrance/Exit... however you have to keep this in consideration that CITY SOUTH PIZZA is one of the busiest Pizza Store in BRAMPTON... so therefore there drivers don't have enough time to park there car in the parking lot and then to go all the way to whatever apartment you live in and then come downstairs and go deliver other orders ... just helps speed up the delivery process... its called excellent management ... and don't forget there Delivery is free )

I visited City South Pizza on the 17-02-2010 and was greated very well by the customer service attendent who took my order. While I waited on my pizza I was keenly observing the operation process. For anyone who has been there knows that you can see the pizzas being made right before your eyes. Shortly after two young men came in and were both greeted with a hand shake from the customer rep. I ASSUME HE KNEW THEM WELL. After taking their order of which their was an exchange of cash ,he proceeded to make a pizza .I saw him take up the dough with his HANDS, apply the vegetable with his HANDS and shockingly placed his entire HAND IN THE BIN WITH THE CHEESE AND GIVE IT A GOOD MIX before taking what was needed which he then sprinkle on the pizza. At that point I just had to go outside ,I just could not believe it HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS FROM THE HAND SHAKE AND FROM EXCHANGING CASH HORRIBLE!!!!!!. I was a lover of City south pizza but NO MORE. YOU CAN'T GET MY MONEY EVER Again you too..... NASTY....THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE . If this is done right in front of my eyes imagine what is done when you are not looking Iam grossed out just thinking about it.

We are in an apartment and order from there a lot NOT NOW AND NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!. Driver called us from his car to go down and pick up the pizza!!!! That is why it is called 'Delivery'! I will never order from them again and I will let everyone know who deals with this company the treatment we received.

It has horrible food. I found ginger in it and I ordered pepperoni but it ahd no pepperoni and I would'nt get my money back!

citysouth pizza is excellent pizza.I always ordered from citysouth pizza becoz theey have always fresh and talk to others people very respectively.

Good Pizza, very reliable quality. I only buy Pizza every 2 to 3 month's and am never dissapointed. Poor selection if you're looking for slices only.
