We have visited this restaurant several times without incident until Sunday night, September 19th. We arrived at approx. 6 pm and finally received our meals at approx. 730. There appeared to be no waitress staff on duty and the assistant manager was doing her best which was not acceptable. Our beverages were mixed up, our meals were mixed up (fries instead of baked), cold fries/hot fries, second coffee not offered, etc. etc. Other patrons did not even receive their meals in the two hours and finally were given take outs, as the kitchen was screwed up. I will certainly not wait almost 2 hours to receive another meal at this location, and I will certainly recommend others not either. Also one of the twogirls I presume were table cleaners was constantly pushing her hair back from her face as it was hanging in her face and I could picture hair ending up on the tables, etc. Again this is not acceptable in any restaurant. Sorry folks you just lost some customers, as the rest of the people who had to wait and wait and wait for their meals, given excuse after excuse for the delays probably feel the way we do. ..More Reviews
